Hello, hello family!
February is flying by in the blink of an eye. š
Weāre honoring each step we take, and everything keeps falling into place!
Another weekend in the city, where we offered a YOGA SESSION on Sunday at 7 a.m. in the park, followed by a talk to introduce the project to everyone who participated.
Weāre continuing actively with the yoga classesāthis month, we visited another primary school in a nearby village, Navagam, and offered a yoga session. The next day, in the same village, we started a new womenās group where we proposed to offer one session per week. The same in another village, Virpur. So, with these new groups, we currently have 4 active weekly yoga sessions, and in March, the official government-certified training is scheduled to start at the Ashram. We are very happy with this part!
That same weekend of yoga in the city, we visited two SCHOOL PROJECTS similar to ours, which served as both inspiration and great motivation to keep moving forward.
The first one was a school on the outskirts of Rajkot, where we met with Jitubhai, who, after his personal spiritual journey to find true meaning in life, was sitting in a park one day when a child who was begging came up to him and deeply touched his heart. From that moment, and with a whole love story with his future wife in between (heās Hindu, sheās Muslim), they decided to take action to change the lives of children from the most deprived suburbs of the city and created the school they run today.
You can see the story of their project in the documentary āMarried for a Causeā:

The next day, in Shemlaāa village near oursāwe visited a modest but loving Gurukul, a small project for children from the city where they are educated in spirituality and live in close contact with nature.
In both projects, they told us that they are sustained by private donations, and they prefer to stay away from the government and any official subsidies to avoid being dependent on imposed conditions.
Similarly, they donāt provide any type of school certification to the children who pass through there, supporting the idea that what really matters is having the skills, education, and confidence to move forward in life. They believe that being well-rooted in oneself is essential to find oneās place of dignity and happiness in lifeāfrom where the desire to share oneself with society from your best version (in dharma) naturally arises, and you contribute your mission to the world, becoming a source of inspiration for others.
Isnāt that wonderful?
More and more people in the world are realizing that itās possible to live from the heart, in a simple but meaningful way.
In that sense, our beloved Raju is a clear example of this force of absolute love and action in service of humanity.
Thatās why our project makes so much senseābecause it is born from love and will only generate more love, which is the most powerful and indestructible force we know as human beings.
