Versión en Español

In the heart of Gomta, India, lies Life in Harmony Gurukul, a space created by the NGO Life In Harmony where education, solidarity, and community life intertwine to create a refuge of harmony. Recently, two friends from Mérida (Spain), Juan Carlos and Ángel, shared their experience after spending more than a week immersed in this project.

Chronicle of the experience:

Arrival at the ashram: hospitality and community

From the very first moment, Juan Carlos and Ángel felt at home thanks to the warm welcome from Raju, founder and driving force behind the project. “It has been a wonderful experience, very welcoming, living something unique,” says Juan Carlos. During their stay, they were able to see the daily life of the ashram up close, take part in activities, and observe the impact the NGO has on the local community.

The value of the project

For Ángel, Life in Harmony India is much more than a place: “It’s a very good and beautiful project, completely selfless, that helps people and, above all, children in vulnerable situations.” He also highlights the cultural and spiritual richness of the space, which already has a yoga teacher, a Sanskrit teacher, and people dedicated to caring for nature.

An open invitation

Raju, for his part, reiterates the invitation to everyone to visit the project and experience it firsthand. “Children are the future of the world,” he reminds us, emphasizing the importance of Life in Harmony Gurukul in their development. His final message is clear: “Come, experience, and feel the harmony.”

A place that leaves a mark

The words of Juan Carlos and Ángel reflect the essence of the NGO Life in Harmony: a home open to the world, a space where cooperation and empathy drive every day. And, as they say, there will always be a place here for those who feel the call of harmony.
